Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date on which you receive your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision within this period by contacting our customer service team at contact@brinavo.shop.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
- Unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
- In their original packaging, where applicable
Please include your order number with your return so that we can process it efficiently.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products, non-conforming items, or errors on our part. In such cases, Brinavo will cover the full cost of the return.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Defective or Non-Conforming Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no expense to you.
